This beverage is about 1 litre and I'm drinking it during the day when I feel hungry. It gives you immediately energy, satiate the hunger and it's full of vitamins and calcium.

Day 1: 500 calories ::: 3 medium bananas + 385 grams apples (2-3 peaces)
Day 2: 500 calories ::: 600 grams baby carrots + 300 grams canned sweet corn
Day 3: 300 calories ::: 320 grams kiwi + 100 grams sliced smoked turkey
Day 4: 400 calories ::: 360 grams canned green peas + 150 grams eggs = 3 eggs
Day 5: 100 calories ::: ~300 grams baby carrots
Day 6: 200 calories ::: 2 medium bananas
Day 7: 300 calories ::: 300 grams sweet corn + 2 oranges

That’s not a hobby, not a way of life, it’s the way I’m. During the holidays I gained some weight. On Christmas and New Year’s Eve I ate very delicious dishes and couldn’t stop the acceleration of that pleasant eating habit. Now I have as a after-effect some pounds on my hips and butt. Recently I searched the internet to compose a good dieting and work-out plan for the next weeks.

I discovered a new word and a whole new world in losing weight. The magic word is “thinspiration”. It’s a shortening of the words “thin” plus “inspiration”.

Thinspo is practised by young mostly female teenagers to inspire them to lose weight by staying hungry and refusing to eat.

The young ladies contemplate famous thin celebreties and repeat dangerous slogans such as:

If you eat… you will stay fat

If you eat… no guy will ever want you

If you eat… you will be ugly forever

If you eat… the red dress will look horribly on you

Think thin

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels

Because the mirror hurts worse than starving

Typically the thinspirations are extremly thin models or actresses. Among the common “thinspirations” are Nicole Richie, Kate Moss, Calista Flockhart, Victoria Beckham and others. Over the last two decades it became modern to look like extra thin. We saw walking bondes on the catwalks. Fashion designers compete in finding the most thin and feminine model. Drug addicted model Kate Moss became famous and rich. Many little girls desired her destiny – to be famous and to travel all over the world. Skinny was equal to beautiful and successful.

The new generations have a simple and inexpensive access to Internet, TV, magazines etc. Young ladies all over the world are fastinatedby the idea of being thin and look like famous models. They exchange pictures, opinions and advices in chat-rooms and blogs how to overcome hunger and get thin. There is a fast developing society of hungry and sick young ladies. Everyone who is on an unhealthy diet longer than 2-3 weeks could incur many unpleasant illnesses. Bulimia and anorexia are the first stations on the way of thinspiration. Most skinny girls have a low self-esteem; some of them have flabby skin, spiritless bodies, tired faces; it seems they don’t have the power and desire to laugh and enjoy life. They measure their happiness with the shape of their bodies.

My aim isn’t to describe in details this condition. I just want to share my opinion how freak and dangerous could it be for growing-up bodies and unmature minds.

As I love to listen music I often watch music channels. In every video clip I see strong, healthy and natural bodies. Dancers have wide hips, round butts and are very feminine and sexy.

I bet that in the coming decade dancers’ bodies with wide hips are going to remove the protruding bones from the top position!

Hello ppl,

as many of you have different phases and spirits in life I also have often ups and downs. I see a big interest for this blog although I don't spend time keeping it interesting in the last two months. I looked at google analytics and the results are really surprising for me... So that's why I try and find time and do my best to continue...

Since I'm a young and pretty lady I try to look well. Unfortunately during the holidays I gained some weight and now I'll do my best to lose weight... pfuh! I searched the web for different informations and stimuli and hit a new and unknown word - "thinspiration" !!!

As homework the last two times in my English class I had to write essays on the subjects “Why should I buy a Mercedes” and “I’m a participant in VIP Dance”. Truly I didn’t have any desire to write on those subjects and I postponed it. Accidentally I found a list with 1000 writing ideas in the world wide web. I picked up the writing idea under number 298 – The ideal Me. I really hope my teacher won’t be angry about this change of the topic.

As most people I have an understanding and an illusion about my real and my ideal Me. The real Me is what I am and the ideal Me is what I wish to be. These both pictures don’t vary too much between. The “ideal Me” is just a perfect version of the “real Me”.

The “ideal Me” would have more time for family and friends. I want to spend more time with my family. Now I visit my family 5-6 times during the year because we live in different cities. As a better friend I should listen carefully and give valuable advices to my friends. It is impossible to be a better friend just by trying. A friendship connection just happens and you feel it this way, it’s not just a trial or hard work. But in cases we already have beautiful friendships, we have to try and keep them alive and colored.

The “Ideal Me” will find more time for me – I wish I had enough time to spend it at the gym and work out. I want to be fit and healthy. I want to watch out and choose correctly what, how and when to eat.

My “Ideal Me” should clean up often. In my dreams I would live in a dustfree home. At this point in my life I clean my house about 1-2 times every week. I always clean with that unpleasant feeling as I’m doing painful tasks. Cleaning, washing and ironing are tasks I vastly hate but unfortunatelly I could’t leave them to someone else. So, that’s why my ideal Me would have fun while cleaning, washing and ironing.

As a person I have positive and negative qualities. Of course I concentrate more on what I don’t have instead of enhancing what I possess. My ideal picture of Me should be more assertive and successful, less shy and humble. I wish I could be stronger to withstand to seductions, some temptations and challenges in everyday life. I wanna be more sociable and patient.

My real Me has sometimes good days, has sometimes bad days. I am smiling or sad, nervous or relaxed. In my ideal concept I would have more fun and would laugh more often. The ideal Me would be more happy.
But if I am happy every day in my life, how could I define what happiness is?

My love life is a big mess!
An ex-boyfriend called me yesterday again. We were 2 years ago for a couple of months together, we actually never break up. I just stopped meeting him - there were no specific reasons; I just lost sexual attraction toward him. He is a good boy – patient, well-balanced, he’s got big biceps ;) I have no explanation why I don’t want him back in my life!?!

Few weeks ago I visited a concert of Madonna in the city where I live. There I met a guy who was holding binoculars. Haha :-) Somehow I had a very free behaviour with him and often looked the scene through the binoculars. At the end of the concert we exchanged our phone numbers. I was so excited about the show that I couldn’t remember his name… He called me on the next day to arrange a meeting. Since I was packing my cloths for my summer vacation in Turkey I had no time to meet him. I promised to call him in one week, but actually I called him 10 days later.

I hardly tried to remember his name but unfortunatelly I couldn’t. So that’s why I entered his name in my phone as “Madonna” hahhaha :LOL So yesterday I called “Madonna” and we spoke. Then he called me back and we arrange our first date!

I’m very confused with all my experience, all the things I know, felt, suffered, and desired. Last year I arrived at the conclusion I can not toy well with men /maybe I’m wrong/. I fell into deep thoughts about what I’m doing wrong, how I’m attracting men, what kind of men I’m attracting and other things like that. I meet new guys, have fun to speak with them but I really can not find a man to give him all my love. WHY?
I accidentally found the book “Catch Him and Keep Him” by Christian Carter. I’m still reading it… This morning I read the following paragraph (page 112 from the book)

How to deal with hard co-workers?

I searched the web to find opinions and advices how to deal with difficult coworkers. Probably most of you suffer under coworker’s behaviour, e.g. talking loud on telephone, nervous people, always displeased people, lazy people, very sexy co-workers, not effective people etc.
I came across to an article in wikihow “How to Deal with a Work Colleague Who Has Stinky Lunches”. (http://www.wikihow.com/Deal-with-a-Work-Colleague-Who-Has-Stinky-Lunches)

How to respond when a colleague eats his stinky lunch on the desk?
In that article were given 10 advices to solve this problem, e.g.

- Send him an anonymous email. (no way! Better hack the boss’ pc and send him a mail from the boss mailbox telling him that his works stinks like his work)

- Play the allergy or vegetarian card. (hey, I’m not a famous actress)

- Bring a fan to your desk and switch it on in direction of the meal. (why not just blow)

- Light a strongly scented candle at your desk. (sure, that’s a fantastic advice! I could spray in the office room my Armani code to choke the idiot)

- Put essential oils on your wrists. (come off it! How long may it helps?)

- Consider finding a job where you can work alone… (!?!?!?! Where? On the moon?)

Excuse me! Who gives those stupid advices?

In all of the above listed situations things will definitely go worst. When you have a problem to solve and you choose methods to gloss over the problem, you terribly get into a deeper conflict with coworkers. In your office you have always to watch not to get into conflict, you have to carry to escape and avoid conflicts.

The main and important thing to do always is to lead a “simple conversation”. You should talk to this person, explain him or her how do you feel or what do you think about the situation. A solution to a problem may take one day or one year. Be patient!

Look around you! If you have a bad situation with a colleague probably the others co-workers had too. Let them know how you feel. You could build a colleague circle to speak together with the annoying co-worker.

Speaking with the boss is actually not a good idea. The manager is there to manage people & processes, not to solve misunderstandings between workers. In above situation you could complain to the boss in case your company does not have a dining-room.

So people, how do you deal with annoying co-workers?

Every day I make a small step and learn at least 5 new words. I get private lessons since last Monday and I really hope end of this year I could read, write and speak with no grammar mistakes. Everyone could choose a book, grammar, audio in reference to his needs. I often repeat after my audio lesson “nice to meet you … nice to meet you … what a pity … what a pity…” and so on…

Torrent is a small file with the suffix .torrent, which contains all the information needed to download a file the torrent was made for. That means it contains file names, their sizes, where to download from and so on. You can get torrents for almost anything on lots of web sites and torrent search engines.

Downloading with a torrent is advantageous especially when downloading files, which are momentarily very popular and whitch lots of people are downloading.

When you are downloading something through torrent, you share your already downloaded part at the same time (for this reason you break the law in most countries when you are downloading illegal data).

Torrents could be also dangerous because of virus attack. How to deal with this issue? If you live in a big city or in a capital you probably have this miserable feeling that your life stucks in traffic jam!
Golden rules to escape traffic jam:
1. Wake up early in the morning and leave the house so early that you are the first person on the streets
2. Work till late in the office /or drink till late in the bars ;)/ so when you step on the street you are the last person there

Should I sleep in the office to escape the traffic jam? Should I drink the whiskey the entire night and then move on with my morning coffee? How much time do we have for ourselve, for our family, friends and lover?

To live in a small town could be boring – lack of new people, lack of bars, streets are empty. But to live in a big city could be very very stressful.
What do you prefer?

Anarchy is the norm on traffic jam – roads. For pedestrians or walkers is extremly dangerous to put a foot on a road. When you are in the left lane and notice the right lane is moving ooohh dear you give a right turn signal and move to the right lane.
Few minutes later you notice ahaa the left lane is moving, so why not jump again into the left?
Imagine there are dozens of cars moving left to the right and back! All the people are just making a big mess, they do not move right ahead – they move to the left or right.
It’s actually not only the traffica jam; it’s more about time, fresh air, birds and insects :)

If we want to win other advantages in life we just have to get used with the disadvantages of the big city!

What a girl wants?

What do young ladies want from life?
On the edge of 30 I ask myself what I want from life. 10 years ago I had daring dreams and wanted to be happy, to have enough money, to have many friends, to travel abroad, visit different places and meet various cultures.
Now I realize that dreams come true if you work hard every day and value in every day-life people’s attitude. Happiness is not a condition, it’s an aspiration. Money is never enough and there is no amount that can makes you happy because you want more and more… The question is: to have many friends or to have valuable contacts? A friendship is measured by its depth and exhaustion, not by its frequency. To travel a person needs time and money.
If we set aside the philosophy of our desires, let’s list the simple things we ladies want from life:

I want a staggering look!
So the question is what to do?!? And we do: diets, we use cosmetics, lipsticks, eye shadows, anti cellulite body gel with caffeine and extracts from cola, ivy and wild chestnut?!?!?! Smear our skin with body lotion to get more moisturizer tan … we support and develop an industry which offers us false and photo-shopped faces and bodies from all the magazines. Is this the real life?

I want a successful career!
So the question is what to do?!? And we do: study, learn foreign languages, find a prestige work, make a progress in the job, be creative, have fresh ideas, have the power to build an excellent reputation … and what we pass while working more than 10 hours a day?
We pass the simple things in life, the small happiness, meetings with friends, laughing about nothing, making sex, short walks, enjoying the sun and the warm wind … we pass our youth!

I want a family and children!
Well it’s time. The clock of our life shows 30 years old and tick-tacks faster and faster… Many ladies wake up in the morning and scream “I don’t want to be single anymore … Today I will meet my prince”. All these ladies want reliable relationship with a perfect partner. They want a perspective for marriage and children.
So I’m sure the perfect guy won’t skip me! Meanwhile I’m taking the most from life. I’m active, I entertain myself every day, I search for new challenges and collect fresh emotions!

I personally want more time! How to gain it?

Why do women scream when they reach the age 30?

Should we fear?

All the media explain to all of us that when you reach the age 30 something will happen. What?
What should we expect? Where is the monster? What should we fear of?
I couldn’t find an answer in the world wide web, there is no answer in yahoo answers… So end of this year I will be 30 years old and I want to know what to expect.

Some people say my skin won’t be fresh…
Other say I will become fat…
Some say “you have to marry, to have children…” Should I really?

I lose my fresh skin but I win an expensive memory with every wrinkle on my skin. A perfect moment when I laughed… when I was happy and satisfied.
I lose my slender figure but I win expensive moments enjoying delicious cakes, chocolates, foods, wines and tastes…

I postpone this important responsibility the marriage and stay single till I can. Single is modern nowadays, many people are single. Many people like being independent, alone, free, have the time for themselves … is this wrong? Or we just can’t find the person who suits us best?
Do we need someone special if we already have a special life? I sometimes ask myself: being single has more advantages or disadvantages? It's quit difficult for me to pay attention to the other, I'm sometimes so busy or nervous that I could not give and show my best love. We have a stressed life, no enough time for ourselves, always in a hurry. I have no fear of ageing... I have a fear of being alone. But somehow I like being alone because I'm independent. It is a devilish circle...

Should I scream and pull my hair because of few wrinkles on my skin... or should I scream because I'm single at the age of 30?

I will post important and interesting facts about one nation + music or video. I choose for my first “Where is…” Romania. You’d like this sound! With a surface area of 238,391 square kilometres (92,043 sq mi), Romania is the largest country in southeastern Europe and the twelfth-largest in Europe. A large part of Romania's border with Serbia and Bulgaria is formed by the Danube.
According to the 2002 census, Romania has a population of 21.698,181 and, similarly to other countries in the region, is expected to gently decline in the coming years as a result of sub-replacement fertility rates. I like lazy Sundays

Sunday morning always brings me warmth and fragrance of peace. This is a small part of the week, which is reserved only for me. Sunday morning belongs to ME! I always wake up on Sunday with a good mood, I am not pressed for time or tasks, I’m not in a hurry, I have the entire Sunday just for me.

I like eating something special, delicious, without counting the calories. Today I choose the croissant. I bought it on Tuesday and I hardly stand to keep it till Sunday. I wished that I have enough time to enjoy the taste, the smell, to eat it slowly and dream every second until the croissant melts in my mouth.

I like lazy Sundays!

The European Union is a large union including 27 member states. Each country is trying to keep its national identity and of course want be proud of its national symbols – history, victories, famous people, writers, traditions, food etc. Feta cheese has become a reason to involve many countries from EU in a furious conflict.

“Summary of the Conflict: In 1994, Greece asked ...
for PDO status from the EU for feta cheese, which they contended was a uniquely Greek product. The European Commission accepted this in 1996 despite the anger of Denmark, Germany, and France. These three nations stood to lose a great deal of money if feta became a strictly Greek product. However, this decision was overturned in 1999 due to challenges mounted by the aforementioned nations. The Commission conducted an investigation into the origins of feta, accepting information from both sides, and in 2002 declared that PDO status would be given to Greece. On October 14, 2002 feta cheese was officially named a Greek product that can only be produced in particular areas of Greece and under certain regulations. Other countries have continued to protest this ruling, requiring a recent reaffirmation by the Commission in 2005. The most intriguing development involves the impending entrance into the EU of Bulgaria. Germany started its feta production much more recently, beginning in 1972. They began marketing it as "feta" in 1985.

Producers in these countries believe that the Greeks can have their genuine brand of feta, but that the term itself should not be removed from use. This will require significant remarketing costs as well as a probable drop in revenue when the former "feta" cheese receives a name unknown to consumers. All three of these countries export most of their feta cheese.”

And now the conflict began to escalate! This is actually the funny part …

“The projected 2007 entrance into the EU of Bulgaria further complicates the conflict. Unlike the economically focused arguments of Denmark, Germany, and France, Bulgaria has deeper cultural claims to feta cheese. Bulgaria produces its own white brined cheese, very similar to the Greek feta cheese. Some Bulgarians claim that what is known as "feta" cheese actually originated in their country, and thus should not be designated as a product of Greece only. Currently, Greek and Bulgarian diplomats are battling over cheese issues. Greece complains that Bulgarian firms are illegally marketing their brined cheese as feta and exporting it to other countries. The Bulgarians have retorted by claiming that Greek producers have been repackaging Bulgarian cheese and marketing it as their own feta. With the entrance of Bulgaria into the EU, the tension is certain to escalate.”

So, this is not the end of the publication. The author has published opinions from people all over the world; some people travel often and know all the traditional dishes, other people have never heard about the Macedonian salad …
Not to forget to mention “…national identities are far more vivid and have the benefit of a historical past that appeals to people in a far greater way than this comparatively new notion of Europe…”

If we set aside national identity, competitiveness, market, export, fairness, profit etc. I want to ask:
Why people have to lose time and money in investigation such “problems”
Is it real a problem or just a way to turn aside the attention of the inhabitants in other directions and meanwhile making unfair policies?
Why I pay taxes - 6% of the EU budget is going for EU-administration and the budget main money source is GDP from the each member state: http://europa.eu/abc/budget/use/administration/index_en.htm

If I want to produce chocolate should Switzerland stop me? Switzerland is famous with chocolate and watches but actually Switzerland is not part of the European Union.
I’m sure that in the coming years we’ll find in all stores Feta cheese made in China :)
